A group of local investors from Colorado Springs founded Physicians Home Health Care (PHHC) in 1984. PHHC became a part of the Home Health Care Affiliates (HHCA) provider network in April 1996. The HHCA network has additional sister companies in North and Central Mississippi that provide home health services.
In February of 2008, PHHC once again became an independent
home health provider following the sale of HHCA. PHHC has been serving Colorado communities for over
24 years.

Physicians Home Health Care is a Medicare / Medicaid certified home health agency.

Health Care and serves as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Bell has over
30 years of health care experience.
William M. Billingsley
Executive Vice President
William Billingsley is Executive Vice President
of PHHC and serves as a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to the formation of Home Health Care Affiliates, Inc. he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a 243 bed general acute care hospital, as well as Vice President and Board Member of the hospital management company responsible for management of the hospital. Mr. Billingsley has worked in the health care field for
32 years.
Brent W. Jorgeson
Chairman
Brent Jorgeson is Chairman of the Board. He has previously served for six years as President and Chairman of the Board of a hospital management company. Mr. Jorgeson has
over 27 years of experience in the health care field. He is noted for his financial management experience in the health care
industry.
